I have been going to KVH for 19 years & they just keep getting better. I see Dr. Geffert most often, but we also see Drs. Meleason and Beere frequently. Each one of these doctors works tirelessly for their patients & families. They treat appropriately without over-treating but will go further if the family desires while being realistic about outcomes of older pets. The doctors & techs strive for building a strong team with each other & the family when it comes to the caring for their pets, working together to seemlessly get pets seen, tested, etc, & offering guidance and true management of chronic conditions, using both western & holistic approaches to health concerns. They are busier than I've ever seen them, but they have somehow maintained a warm atmosphere. Even the back office staff never stops moving, and will pause to see that someone is tending to you if they see someone standing there for longer than a minute. I can't say enough about the entire team at KVH. They are amazing providers!
