Jen read all the paperwork I brought with me from Penn, examined Jax and took bloodwork. She was caring and knowledgeable. We discussed alternative ideas for Jax's treatment for his heart failure. I liked her approach and felt that I got lucky to come to this office for the first time and have Jen become my new vet.
