2. They educate the animal owner on issues going on in today's veterinarian practice. It could be dog food related, medicine or breed info.

5. The techs are knowledgeable, they make a fuss of you and your pet. They are very patient even when the animal's are wound up and excited. They are good at calming or settling both the dog and the dog owner.
Honestly, better than my own family doctor!
