Dr. Reed and his fellow vets and staff are always extremely personable and knowledgeable about our cocker spaniel's needs. Their staff is friendly and helpful, their hours are professional friendly, their website and online appointment system is a wonderful convenience, and their facility is clean and welcoming. We feel so comfortable having our beloved 3 year old cocker spaniel Abby in the care of Bakerstown Animal Hospital.http://bakerstownah.com/

Dr. Kelly provides excellent veterinary care for all my pets. He is correct on his diagnoses; respectful of my decisions as a pet owner and he is sensitive to my pet's needs and also to my needs and emotions as a pet owner. We had a very sick cat for a year and a half. Dr. Kelly called everything correctly and was sensitive and involved thoroughout the treatment process for Leo. He cared about Leo; he wanted the best for him but maintained his clinical excellence the entire time where he guided me in the correct direction in treatment decisions for Leo. All the way to the end where the correct decision needed to be made, and still Dr. Kelly coached me through my decision making process helping me find reason and peace with decisions. My other cats love him as well. They are well behaved and allowing him to touch them and examine them and care for them. He has been MY vet for years and I would not take my animals anywhere else. I had been to specialists who were very quick to write off Leo; saying there was no hope. Dr. Kelly always returns my calls and talks to me until i understand everything he is saying and I am satisfied with goal we were trying to achieve. I wish more vets were just like him.
