Dr Tracy is extremely knowledgeable and caring. We had seen more than one vet for a severe condition that left my dog in extreme pain for several months, losing mobility and experiencing loss of interest in life. We had seen 2 regular vets and a neurologist locally that did not research the cause of my dog’s condition but assumed the diagnosis because it was common with his breed without investigative testing. Felling defeated at lack of improvement in our dog’s condition, our lives were adversely affected too. Then we learned about Dr Tracy and knew we needed to meet him. Dr Tracy took the time to do the tests to find out exactly what was causing all my dog's symptoms, discovered that the ‘obvious’ diagnosis other vets gave us was wrong and treated him properly to give him back his life. Aside from being incredibly smart and capable, he was compassionate towards my dog AND us! He spent more time with us explaining everything that he could about what he was thinking than all the other vets combined and answered a myriad of questions with patience and kindness. He gave us the gift of time instead of a limited access to him on appointments. The compassion he shows to not only his patients but their owners in incomparable for a specialist. We have our boy back physically and mentally when we feared his life as we knew it was over. We will be forever grateful to this incredibly nice man.
