I cannot, and will not, recommend this vet to anyone. My dog was "treated" for parasites here twice, yet he still tested positive for them. When asked why they chose to use the medication they did (as it's not popular for use in dogs), we were told it was "what they had in stock at the time." Wouldn't it make sense to treat a dog with parasites with the best treatment available and with one that is known to actually work?? If you don't have it, order it! They finally said they'd give us the medication we requested, along with a prescription to have filled. They said both were ready to be picked up that same day. We went to pick them up... And were ONLY given the prescription. We had to call them back AGAIN and leave a voicemail (as they close early on Saturdays) to inquire about getting the medication AGAIN. And our dog had to wait two more days before getting something to help him feel better. We've been doing this for weeks! We've never been more frustrated with a vet and we will begin our search for a new one. Our dog's health is our priority... But it's obviously not any priority to Tualatin Park Veterinary Clinic.
