Dr. Deena and the staff are amazing, you can tell they care about the animals they treat. I have two Siberian Huskies and one is actually excited and happy to see them, the other is usually very anxious from past vet experiences but with Dr. Deena and the other staff she is more calm and cooperative. I drive two hours 1 way just to bring my dogs to them. I initially found them because Dr. Deena was the only one I could find that did laparoscopic spay surgery. Dr. Deena is easy to talk to and when calling or emailing to ask med or post procedural questions she herself actually calls back. i sent and email late in the evening after bringing both dogs home from their spay and neuter surgery, frustrated because the sedation meds didn't seem to be working. She actually emailed back that evening which was totally unexpected. Her quick response made the evening less stressful and so much easier for both the dogs and myself. Dr Deena and the staff always go out of their way to make things better one way or another, whether it's taking extra time to explain things and answer questions or just generally being accommodating. It's a long drive to the vet but well worth it for all that they do. I was so impressed with them after the spay / neuter I even gave all the staff and Dr. Deena a Starbucks gift card when I picked up the dogs.
