Dr. Bruce is very kind and understanding. He listens to any concerns you may have, examines your pet, and tells you exactly what might be happening. If tests are needed, he tells you why, possible outcomes, and the cost. He does not try to hurry you along, but is genuinely interested in you and your pet. He will call you as soon as test results are in and honestly tell you what needs to be done or what to watch for. He is confident, honest, and reassuring.
