Dr. Rich has treated both of my dogs like they were her own. Before my one dog had his surgery, she explained to me in detail what would happen and kept me updated till she left the office late in the evening. She knew my little guy meant the world to me and followed up with me even days after his surgery. To this day, she still checks on him, with no appointment, if she has a moment when he is in the office. Dr. Rich answers all of my questions in full detail because she knows I care and want the best for my dogs. She never makes me feel like I am an annoyance and I never feel like she rushing me out until I feel comfortable with every detail. Dr. Rich is the best and she totally deserves to win this!!!!!!

Dr. Jenny is on of the most friendly vets I ever met. She is great with Murphy who is a hype lab. I know she is only a phone call away even after hours and on the weekends. I also like the fact she is very active in the community which is also important to me. In fact if she is select I will give my money to the local Rotary Club which serves many needs of our community.

In all the years I have owned dogs, Dr. Roiland is the first veterinarian I have met that truly understands just how much a pet is a member of the family. When we enter his office we feel like we are the only appointment he has because he never rushes. He answers every question and addresses every concern with an unwavering patience. He genuinely cares and it shows in all he does. Now that our family has found Dr. Roiland, we couldnt imagine going to another doctor. In essence, Dr. Roiland has become family.
