We were referred to Dr. Shaw (highly recommended too!), who was unable to see us, so we linked with Dr. Brown and have been seeing him ever since- we have been welcomed with open arms and felt like family, never shrugged or felt rushed. It is a pleasant experience going to the vet because all of the staff are so friendly and go above and beyond for you. Dr. Brown simply is one of the most personable providers I have ever encountered and I cannot recommend him (and the entire practice) highly enough to everyone.
