On Chemi’s first visit, he received five shots, was chipped and had his nail clips. Heritage made the experience a pleasant one for Chemi and us. They rebooked our appointment to accommodate our need for his first visit and answered all of our “first time pet parent” questions with patience. Their clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and efficient and their costs are affordable. They truly care about helping families keep their pet babies healthy.
