dr pagan is the most dedicated vet. I can remember getting a phone call at 11:00 p.m. about my dog. scared me to death but he was letting me know everything was going good. My second dog had heartworm and had at that time to have the arsenic injections. I asked him why so late and he simply said I work until my work is done. I have recommended more people, even strangers to him. He is one in a million.

Dr Carlson loves my dogs almost as much as I do. I foster and she takes care of all of my fosters (30+ so far) and gives several rescues LARGE discounts. Dr Carlson will offer natural remedies when possible and is always careful to explain what she is doing and why. She takes her time to always answer questions and helps me do a better job caring for my dogs. Dr Carlson is the most caring vet I've come across in my 20 + years of owning dogs and is a great rescue partner.

When Harry need his eyes removed my fb family set up the fund raiser to pay for the eye removal .And my vet office help them set this up to make Harry pain free . They let money come in from all over the US and the worked with us all . Now my boy is pain free and I will not take him to a new vet office at all . They are very carrying to him . The one thing I love the most is they love on him .my works with hope for all they sure did for us with love Cindy

Roscoe was an 8 yr old Basset I rescued. He had Lymphoma. Dr Back became his oncologist. The entire clinc smothered him with affection and extra care. Dr back would transport Roscoe to Cincinati for chemo in her car. He has passed now but the entire staff called and sent cards. He was loved by all of them. They always came out from behind the counter when he came in the door to pet him and Dr. Back went way obove her vetrinary duties to take care of him and try to save his life. She kept him going for an entire year after I was told it would only be a few months. He was often sick after chemo with high fevers and low blood counts, and she would call often to check on him and give me advice on how to care for him. I had to travel one time to Meridian MS for work and he came with me. I found a vet there to care for him and she called that vet and brought her up to speed. She had a genuine interst in Roscoe and she loved and cared for him in a way I have never seen from any other vet. He was special to her and it showed. He has passed now and he is missed.
