ALWAYS put the pet first. I had a VERY sick cat and he had to have surgery. They charged minimal because they knew our circumstances. He had complications a few weeks later and was in ICU at the vets, on iv's , catheters, antibiotics. etc. They charged us 0.. Just wanted to get him better. Also has Anotherchance Sanctuary where ALL animals are taken care of. It is not about the $ and it never has been with her. The animals are the ONLY thing that matters to her and her staff. They are professional, yet very personal. They always make sure to listen to your concerns and they follow up with the care they give. Words can not express the gratitude we have for them at Paw Patch and AnotherChance Sanctuary. Dr. Hirt has devoted her life and resources to the care of animals. SHe ALWAYS makes herself available and she never makes you feel like it is an inconvenience to her if you call her on a Sunday, Sat. night, Holiday etc. All of which I have done. Please grant her and her practice this award as she is very deserving of it. She is never recognized for all of the good she does. She and her staff deserve this very much and I would reccommend them to anyone in need of good, caring vet services. Their tag line should be..."Where Pets Come First" because the truly do at Paw Patch and Another Chance Sanctuary. Thank You
