we tried several Vets but she is so knowledgeable vet we have found. Her bedside manner is so wonderful. We have 6 dogs and she treats them the way we do they are part of our family. I don't think we could ever find a Vet more dedicated to helping our dogs. We have had dogs that she helped to cross the rainbow bridge and her compassion is amazing.

My dog had a lump appear suddenly in her lower left breast and I was unable to get into my regular vet quickly so made an appointment with Dr. Hall for July 3rd. I explained how quickly the lump appeared and would change sizes and how applying a hot compress helped reduced the swelling. I said I had read on a website that dogs' mammary glands can become infected and maybe that was what was wrong. She said my dog did not have a temperature and if her breast was infected it would be red, open and leaking fluid. She said it was a mass that had to be surgically removed. She gave me an estimate on surgery costs and sent me home stunned and heartbroken and wondering how I was gonna pay for it. My dog's breast tripled in size over the July 4th weekend and became red and broke open. On Monday I called my regular vet and pleaded for them to see her and schedule surgery because I thought she was riddled with cancer. They saw her the same day and said they thought it was an infection not a mass that needed removed. She was given antibiotics and in two days her breast was much smaller and by July 9th it had returned to normal. Dr. Hall and her staff were kind to me and saw my dog on short notice but bottom line I feel like did not really listen to me about my dog's symptoms and let us walk out of there while my dog had an infection brewing in her. I am out the cost of the office visit and more importantly both my wife and I spent the holiday weekend thinking our dog may have a cancer.
