Dr Evan and the entire staff at CNY VET are the best in Central NY. Dr Evan is one of the most caring, thorough, knowledgeable vets I have met. And I have met quite a few through the many years of being a pet parent. Dr Evan does not add on extra tests or costs that aren't necessary. He has to only listen once to you describing what is going on with your pet and his diagnosis is spot on. He is sympathetic to your concerns, to your pets health and well being. I only wish I had come to his clinic sooner
