In my opinion all the vets and techs at Bay Street Animal Hospital are great. Each takes the time to listen to your concerns, offer you options and suggestions (depending on the situation). They each make you feel like an important individual. Dr Cohen took care of my last pet through illness, aging letting me know what would happen, what to watch for, giving me options, and when the time came, comfort, dignity, and privacy for both of us. I now have a new puppy and Dr Cohen is again guiding me, answering all my questions, assuring me and taking care of my little girl.
