Our 9 year old adopted Jack Russell mix, Rosie, just before Christmas suddenly became severely ill and ended up in a animal hospital on a weekend. Upon discharge we were told she only had "a few weeks" at best . We went back to our own Vet, Dr. Diane who would see us weekly and in the end even without an appointment - she was so kind and gentle not only with Rosie but with us right to the end. Dr. Diane treated her gently and with all her kindness and her extensive knowledge Rosie lived until May so we had over 4 months with her to say goodbye. We eventually after much heart break adopted a new doggie and Dr. Diane and her office knows not only us but our new Mr. Rusty by sight and are just the best team any animal lover would want. We travel 30 miles to their office as we love them so much and would never consider finding someone closer to home. A picture of our Rosie hangs on their wall as they came to love her almost as much as we did.

Dr. Laura not only saved our rescue Louie's life, but continues to care for him with loving care and always has time for him and our questions. She is the most caring, professional and downright nice person who loves what she does for a living. And you can't find a more total caring office than Troy Vet. I would never feel comfortable bringing our Louie anywhere else for his care. We trust Dr. Engel and her staff totally!
