I brought my French bulldog, Buddy, to the only available animal hospital in my area, Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services, due to my deep concern about his sudden lethargy. Rather than wasting time on a phone call, I opted to visit the clinic directly. The staff promptly attended to Buddy and conducted an intake process. Within thirty minutes, they successfully diagnosed the cause of his lethargy and administered an anti-nausea medication. Subsequently, we were able to return home.
The entire team at Rochester Emergency Veterinary Services demonstrated a genuine love for animals, which was evident in their demeanor and the quality of their service. They treated both Buddy and myself with utmost professionalism and care.
