Dr Endres saved one of my best friends. Grey Cat came into our hospital in shock, hypothermic, dehydrated, in excruciating pain, with a recently broken leg, overweight, diabetic, in liver and kidney failure, anemic and panicking. The kind soul who brought him to us rescued him from a bad situation in another veterinary hospital where he wasn't being cared for very well. Grey's conditions worsened the first week, and he required a blood transfusion and developed seizures. He wouldn't eat and he was unable to move due to his orthopedic injury. Dr. Endres never gave up on my Grey Kitty. He spent night after night with him, carefully balancing all his medical conditions and patiently taking each new complication as it came. We didn't think Grey would leave the hospital (alive)... but he did. About 3 weeks after he came to Dr. Endres' doorstep, Grey Kitty came home with me for a trial run. He never left. The obese, broken cat that used up nearly all nine of his lives is now slim, trim, happy to walk on a leash, and sleeping on my pillow as we speak. All because my vet, Dr. John Endres, IS the best.
