When my puppy Callie got Very sick with life threatening illnesses Twice.. Soft spoken Dr. Lugten treated Callie with the up most care and tender and explained everything to us.. Callie made a speedy recovery due to Dr. Lugten care.. When I went through my horrible divorce. Basic Pet care Doctor and Staff boarded Callie and took care of her because my Ex-husband threatened to take her from me when she was registered and insured under My name.. I HIGHLY recommend MY Vet Doctor.. Dr. Lugten for "My Vet's the Best" Award.. :-)

Dr.Lutgen care for our first dog Pal for 15 yrs. When I first went to him I was very comforable because he looked very honest and take his time examining Pal. Appointments are very easy to get. When my dog Pal was sick . Dr. Lutgen explain to me all my options and cost . Since Pal was old he told me he live a long life. We then dicided to put him to sleep. It was very hard for me but I notice it was very painful for Dr. Lutgen also since he took care of Pal for all of his life.We purchased 2 new Teacup Malteses puppies name Cooper and Rocket on Monday after Pal was gone. I called the Vet. Office for a appointment . The next day when I took the puppies to him. He was happy to see us because of what happen the Friday before. Now we are starting all over again with new puppies and Dr Lutgen will be Cooper and Rocket veterinarian . It is my first time with puppies but I know with Dr. Lutgen help and experience the puppies are in great hands. I just want to let everyone know this doctor is very honest,loving and very caring for his animals . The best of all is his prices ,very inexpensive for people like me . He is also always available for you with all your questions. We love him.

I rescued a dog that turned out to have a few major iissues. first and foremost she had heartworm. Doc with ease and care treated her and she is doing very well now. Just get ready to treat the rest of her!!
