Dr. Purdy of VCA Colonial (Ithaca, NY), which this program did not allow me to populate for this review, was very friendly and easy to communicate with, so was Haley, our Technician. Cornell Vet Clinic recommended this clinic, and my real estate broker takes her dogs here, so I was very confident before I arrived. Everyone was so positive, and it was a positive experience at a bad time for my dog, who had been experiencing breathing and seemed to have gastrointestinal problems in the morning.
