They are always accessible and you can always talk to someone there.
They have a special pick up window for medication's and supplies.
They don't take emergencies which is the only thing I find inconvenient.
I have always gotten great care there for my animals.

She is the most wonderful Vet and Person, she has been thru so much with all my pets. Thru sickness and health. She helped us say goodbye to 2 of my Bullmastiffs with such love. She knows every client by name both human and fuzzy. You feel safe and secure to have your Pet in her hands. She is truly a Blessing

He is so humble and really cares about each of his parents, to the Dogs he is Uncle Paulie, he is also the best surgeon around and just saved Pickles from a cancerous tumor on her leg, he got it all YAY!!

He not only cares about the animals he is treating but he helps the owners as well!! He is very down to earth and understands and caters to people's wishes with there animals. He always gets back to you with information you need to make discussions with your pets. I will never see anyone else!

I rescued our Nitza from a organization in Miami. The original vet we had retired shortly after I brought her home from Miami. She had many serious problems. She even had come down with distemper a few days after I just got her. Poor thing was found in a garbage dumpster. Anyway...things came up through Nitza's 12 years with us. Always something going on. Dr. Ron was always there to help us along with his wife Dr.Christy. Through some seizures, broken leghe was so helpful and treated Nitza like his own. I feel it was Dr.'s care we had her as long as we did. When the end time came he was gentle and kind to Nitza and to us. He shed tears along with my husband and I. Due to a caring vet we felt fine opening our home and hearts to another puppy. It took awhile, but in time we went forward. I know Sophie will receive the same great care as our Nitza did. Thank you for "listening" to me.

Zoey is a mini dachsund and when I suspected that she hurt her back I called the Vet. Zoey had never been seen there but they got her right in. They were concerned about a potential serious back injury. They cuddled her and made her feel so secure while they examined her. The injury was treated and she fully recovered but a lot of that recovery is related to the fact that they got her in early preventing further injury and the wonderful caring way they treated her. They understood her pain and discomfort and did not minimize it in any way.I now take my other dog there and still cant say enough about the wonderful care. Dr. Hogue acted like the dog was her own and she loved and cared for her as if it was. There is no doubt in my mind that without the immediate care and gentle hands of my Vet Zoey wouldnt have fully recovered.
