1. He diagnosed strange cases of mange in neighborhood dogs when other vets didn't know what it was2. He sat on the stoop and cried with me when he came to my house and put my dog down3. He is the best avian vet around4. He sent a very sweet card when my parrot died. 5. He returns phone calls6. He finds solutions, when he can, and tells the truth when he can't7. He is better at communicating with animals than people, as is right for a vet. 8. His staff bring their pets to work9. When he went to Africa, he showed the DVDs of his trip on the waiting room TV, including some ones of injured animals and zebras in heat. Who does that?10. I have been going to him for 25 years and three pets. He is the best.
