I've been going to Pet care for years, so it is difficult to write this review. As most other establishments, Petcare has CHANGED drastically. There is much confusion with regards to record keeping and no one can answer a simple question. I called as a courtesy to address this with the "New" youngest addition of family members, Dr. Biederman's son and was dismissed as if they didn't care at all. When I said I was not returning because of these problems, he promptly said goodbye and hung up. I thought they would be interested in knowing what is going on, but apparently they DO NOT CARE! It is sad and disappointing. I know they have a hundred patients to replace me... but it is just another example of the disintegration of our societal values. I think people should be aware of this before choosing or returning to Petcare.

Have been with this Family of veterinarian's since 1994 caring staff and great Dr's i can highly recommend them if you live in our area.
