Dr. Mark is always available with advice and care for any of my animals. For the past 20 years Dr. Mark has shown not only the clinical knowledge, but also the personal care and devotion to everyones animals under his care. He isn't just a vet, he has become a personal friend over the years, and I value not only his medical opinions, but his advice as well.

After moving to NY, I had trouble finding a vet I loved. A few misses, and then someone recommended Dr. Lovelock. And we adore her for all the little things she does. She has taken such wonderful care of Sebastian, my “older gentleman†Chihuahua. Unlike some vets we tried, she shows understands the littlest ones by doing simple things like crouching down to greet them. I have also always felt like she listens to me. There is time for my questions and concerns, which are taken seriously and I never feel rushed. For example, Sebastian was having a problem that stumped us both, Dr. Lovelock was willing to work through it with us. Now, with my new puppy mill-rescue Chihuahua, we face a whole new set of physical and behavioral challenges. But Dr. Lovelock continues to be gentle, patient and upbeat.
