I am nominating my veterinarian Dr Andrew Hadju as I feel he is the best vet in town. He is extremely gentle with the dog. He truly loves animals and always does a thorough job. My dog was in bad shape a year ago and almost died. Having some medical knowledge myself I knew had I not brought him back to the doctor the same day that he was examined that morning he would have passed overnight. I brought Eli to see Dr Hadju secondary to being sluggish to the point he did not eat. He always had a good appetite and I knew when he didn't follow me nor eat I knew he was in trouble. Dr Hadju diagnosed Eli with Addison's disease and literally saved his life. I now bring him once a month for an injection which is expensive. Dr Hadju came across coupons and provided them to me for reimbursement. He has another dog who also needs the injections so he is able to share a discount on the medication between both dogs. He always attempts the least expensive and less invasive option first. Eli is on prescription food and I am able to order online, Dr Hadju sends the prescription and I then get home delivery, I had uses another vet in the past with a previous animal and he was a crook. I adopted Eli at 9 yrs old and he is now 11 yrs old I hope to enjoy his company for another couple of years he is a well behaved gentle giant. Veronica
