I used this Vet and grooming service for 3 years.In that time the groomer(Katie)cut my boy 3 times,the last time 7-17-23 she cut his ear so bad it needed 3 stitches.I understand accidents happen,but they tried to send my boy home bloody and in pain.They said”he cut his ear in the tub”.Dr Chew looked at it and didn’t do anything until I picked him up and saw all the blood.I had them bring him back to the hospital part,where Dr Chew said”yeah it was worse than I thought”.THEN she put the stitches in!!
The issue I have,is they tried to hide his cut by putting a drying towel on his head to cover his ear and rush me out of there.They have no compassion and were extremely rude to me when I wanted his ear checked.They were hoping I’d just take him home and then bring him back to charge me for the procedure.They didn’t even give me any antibiotics or instructions to follow up to check him out.
I went in the next day,yes I was upset and talked to Holly the “Office Manager”,when I asked how he was cut,she wouldn’t give me an answer(They tried to cover up Katie butchering him for the third time)I asked her several times to find out how it happened and she said”I don’t know how it happened,ask Archie(That’s my dog)”.I then lost my temper and left.Don’t go there,all they care about is your money,not your animals health and welfare.

I’ve been going there since my Boy was a pup over 2 years ago.The service,professionalism & compassion is the BEST!!I would recommend Dr St.Dennis and the entire staff for your pets care and health.Katie is a great groomer,and the front desk staff are awesome.
