The clinic and the vet were very empatheric with Shimon and I from the first time we went there: they took care of Shimon with their hearts, and also cared about me as a tutor. Shimon was a rescue and we did not have his history. They always provided the best services to let him comfortable and stable and were always talking to me about procedures, costs and outcomes very openly. I cannot thank them enough for my experience with them.
