At every step of the process, the service at Greenpoint Veterinary Hospital is excellent. Everyone is welcoming, pleasant, and caring, specifically Clara the vet tech and Asia at the front desk.
Dr. Vinitsky goes above and beyond to care for my little girl. Not only is she diligent, thorough, and kind to my kitty in all of her exams, she also genuinely listens to all of my concerns. Her guidance always prioritizes my pet's wellbeing and makes me feel seen, heard, and respected as a client and pet parent.
Dr. Vinitsky even calls back to previous visits we've had to check in on my pet's progress in specific areas. I feel confident trusting Dr. Vinitsky and this clinic with the short- and long-term care of my pet and am so grateful to have found them.
