Very well run office where everyone genuinely cares for the well being of animals - both in terms of treatment but also throughout the entirety of each visit, they take their time to make the pet feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. Dr. Max is really knowledgable and explains everything very clearly. Treatment options are evaluated transparently and communicated openly back to pet owners along with recommendations and associated trade offs like cost and risks. Never had an issue with over charging or pushing treatments. I've been taking my pets here for the last 10 years and have never had a poor experience!

We've been with Kings Bay clinic for almost ten years now and we'd never go to a different one! Dr. Lotovsky is always very attentive to our dogs' needs, always checks them thoroughly and you can tell he really cares for all his fur patients and wants only the best for them. He's been taking great care of my 9-year-old chihuahua and keeping her in great shape and also has been amazing with our new Cavalier puppy and made her love her vet visits, which is never an easy chore! All the staff in the clinic is super friendly and caring and it's a true pleasure going there! If you're looking for a vet in the area, look no further - we highly recommend Kings Bay!
