I found Dr. Hernandez online very recently after having a few bad experiences at other clinics. She is a very sensitive, patient and kind doctor who loves animals. She won over my cat, Cybi who has quirky and frisky nature. Dr. Hernandez is very knowledgeable and answered any questions with care. She followed up with personal phone calls to check in on Cybi''s progress and addressed my concerns with using the best sedative for my cat. Most importantly, Cybi's positive response to her made the visits far less stressful.

Dr Hauty is excellent. The animal hospital of Morris Park has taken care of Jake since we got him at 6weeks. We love the care and time they take to explain if anything is wrong and what are the next steps, especially for us first time dog owners.

We adopted a rescue we named Jefferson last year and found a vet convenient to our home...We hit the Jackpot with Dr Scott Luckow who is extremely knowledgeable on animal health and human health and how they can affect each other. I am a lucky two time organ transplant recipient and Dr Luckow knew all of the tests we should do for Jefferson to make sure that Jefferson was healthy and that I would stay healthy too. He explains everything with patience and has a delightful sense of humor. He is gentle with his patients and provides a free website with tons of resources. Dr Luckow is available for telephone advice/triage twice daily in the mornings and again in the afternoons. This service alone helped us avoid an unnecessary visit while relieving my fears and saving us the cost of an appointment. The Broadway Animal Hospital of Riverdale has convenient office hours, and wonderful office and clinic staff "Mack" is a star assistant who handles Jefferson gently and distracts him when necessary. The Animal Hospital is open on Saturdays which is a huge plus. My Jefferson hates going to the vet but loves Dr Luckow!

Dutchess has bad anxiety towards strangers especially vets. Behaviors include hissing, biting. Dutchess has to be sedated before being handled. Dr. Haley became her vet officially this year. He is patient, explains all Dutchess' medical needs & procedures with patience and does not rush me via in person or on the telephone. He is very personable and knowledgeable. He says, "Dutchess is a complicated cat". I like that statement. He understands that she an I have experienced several life altering events in recent months.
