The worst possible ... you can imagine. Our beloved 16 year old, beautiful and delicate cat of only 5 pounds who had suspected heart disease caused from hyperthyroid and kidney failure, was ..., chased down and 'caught' ... with a towel that caused her to have a heart attack from fear. The staff did NOTHING to soothe, calm, or properly care for an elderly cat whatsoever and were .... The Vet should have known better, but instead demoralizingly patronized and downplayed our concerns for her "shock" state of dilated eyes, breathing out of mouth with blood and saliva and heavy breathing that never stopped. She passed in my arms the next day after we were outright lied to and placated and told to 'just take her home' and she would 'calm down.' She needed immediate oxygen and medical care and this obvious misdiagnoses and ... of an elderly cat TO ONLY GET A BLOOD TEST and ultrasound is beyond words in the betrayal this was to her and to the family who loves her. Totally unacceptable and outright malpractice. DO NOT TRUST THEM EVER IF YOU REALLY LOVE YOUR PET AND SEEK CARE ELSEWHERE.

Everyone at the VCA Katonah-Bedford Vet Clinic was amazing. They were kind and caring toward our golden retriever and also reassuring to his 10 year old human brother who was quite nervous about our emergency visit.

The veterinarians are wonderful, as are the technicians. They provide excellent treatment, with caring and kindness and a sense of humor, and are always available for questions. Appointments are easy to schedule and always on time. Whenever we go there with an injury or illness, Trixie's vet calls the next day to follow up, even if she wasn't the vet on call when we went in. Trixie is our fourth dog; we have been going to this center since dog #1, twenty years ago. Two of our very elderly dogs had to be put down at the center, and it was done with great compassion for both dogs and family. There are other vets around who are not as expensive, but these folks are so good we have stuck with them and will continue to do so.
