Jackie calls me back whenever I have a question even if its from her cell phone as she's leaving work. She reads about sphynx cats before each visit to brush up on her knowledge. She knew which medicines he can't have and even though I had a low-income certificate for his neuter she still used the right anesthesia when no other vet would. She's very knowledgable and won't give him a vaccine even if he's bloated a little. The whole office is the best and the only reason I don't want to move out of state. I couldn't imagine bringing Meslier anywhere else. It's very rare that the assistants and receptionists are pleasant but at Parkside everyone is wonderful. They are always available and very accommodating. They have helped me set up payment plans for some of meslier's procedures and are not condescending about it. I have recommended Parkside to everyone I know and a few of my friends have started going there and love it! They even have a pronunciation key in meslier's chart explaining how to pronounce his name. Jackie is so gentle with meslier and loves him to bits.
