Dr. Kenneth is very honest, kind-hearted, and cares about your pet and you. He is not out to overcharge you or rip you off... I have been with them over 15 years and he always has done nothing but the best... He is very efficient, will call you back, and is really really just very very caring... I recommend Dr Kemp at West Charleston Animal Hospital for anything that you need.

Dr. Jones is an amazing Dr. He is extremely caring about Cody. Always takes his time and makes sure to just love on him when we bring him in. Dr. Jones is also caring towards my wife and I. He takes the time to listen to our concerns. Our first encounter with him, Cody was kept overnight and he promised to call us, and actually kept to that promise. It was then that we knew he was the Vet for us. I hope that you will take the time to know him as well and see just how much he cares about the family members he takes care of.

Our Golden Retriever Kenai had quirky health problems and someone recommended Dr. Baker to us. After leaving no stone unturned in testing he diagnosed the problem, gave us the proper medication, and off we went. Over the past seven years Dr. Baker has been there for us whenever we have needed him. In late December 2011 Kenai was sick and we took him in and Dr. Baker saidf he had a mass on his spleen. We had to act quickly. He did the speenectomy and sent the mass to the lab. On December 30th Dr. Baker called and told us our beloved boy had a very aggressive cancer but he had a plan in place. When I hung up the phone sobbing I told my husband I was sure Dr. Baker was crying too. Thats the thing that sets Dr. baker apart from other vets, his heart. He genuinely cares about these animals and does his job with such compassion, along with a wealth of knowledge. Kenai has completed his thrid chmemo treatment is the happy Golden love he has always been, thanks to Dr. Baker. I have recommended dozens of people to Dr. Baker. He evens calls at night to check on his animal patients. Thats dedication, and love. Our family has been touched by Dr. Baker in so many ways and our community is blessed to have him. Dr. Baker deserves to be recognized, not just for our Kenai, but for all the other Kenais out there.

Hi,we are new residents here in vagas and the first thing we got when we moved here was our first dog capone R.I.P. and when my dog past away my wife and i cry like little babys so we called our vet, and he told us about a breder with healthy dogs so we got bugsy and thanks to DR. Jones now our new dog bugsy has fill that empty spot, and we love him so much that last month we went back to the breder and we got his sister from the same liter her name is bisquit and she is beutyful. and my new love, and we also need to get her insurance, and again DR.Jones is a great caring person he is not about the money he can make out of you,but about how he can help make things better. thank you. Kelley and WCAH helped me get Bruno happy and healthy again by keeping me informed constantly and making sure Bruno was comfortable. I was on a very tight budget and somehow Kelley made it all work for me. This blew me away because it reminded me of why people like Kelley do what they do for the love of animals. Nothing means more to me than my dog and Kelley and WCAH made an effort to make sure that he was treated with the utmost care, as if Bruno was all that mattered to them too!
