She has gone above and beyond in helping to figure out what's going on with my fur baby. The staff here are fantastic and so caring to both me and my dog. My family has trusted them with all our other pets in the past and have never had any issues.

I am a true believer in animals can sense good people.My baby LilBit(13.5 lbs.)got very sick one night and I took her to a 24hour animal hospital.They wanted to do things that didn't seem reasonable and my cat was extremely uncomfortable.It appeared they were looking for the money.On a recommendation,the next day,I took her to Dr Pennell at Mountain Vista and was so releived.He did a through exam and at the end recommended antibiotics. All the way thru he was explaining everything to me and ask me for permission to do differant things. He assumed nothing except that my cat needed care.LilBit was very comfortable with the Doctor and melted in his arms.This is not her nature.He had to do an anal exam and test and she did not fight or even move.He gently talked her thru it.He kept my finances in mind,I am on a fixed income,and did only the necessary and what I approved.His fees are extremely reasonable to provide care for animals with parents like me.What had ever made her sick dissappeared with the antibiotics. He also showed me how to give them to her so she would take them.I have referred him to two other people and his recommendation is the reason I now have "Pets Best".The clinic is divided into two areas with separate entrances for dogs and cats.They are calming areas and extremely clean.The staff is personable and caring.I am certain they will treat any animal regardless of income or not.

Dr Taylor is the BEST in town!! I have been blessed to have him treat my animals for over 25 years....I can not say enough great things about Dr Taylor. He is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and calming!! He has the patience of a saint when it comes to treating a sick pet or calming my nerves!! He is ALWAYS available to talk. When it comes time to say good bye to a loved pet Dr Taylor is the best for both the loved pet and the surviving owner!! His compassionate is not only limited to his patients or clients, but he does a GREAT amount of volunteer work, both in the animal and people environment. I know he went to Louisana and volunteered after Katrina!! Claire Reid
