The team at Town Center Animal Hospital is truly exceptional. Dr. Pool, our primary veterinarian, has consistently provided compassionate, thorough, and knowledgeable care for our pets. On occasions when we’ve seen Dr. Greco, the same high standard of professionalism and kindness was evident. Both doctors take the time to explain things clearly and ensure our pets are comfortable.
Beyond the doctors, the entire staff is always welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. From check-in to follow-up, the experience is seamless and reassuring. We feel fortunate to have such a dedicated team looking after our pets, and we couldn’t recommend Town Center Animal Hospital more highly.

Dr. Stewart is always so caring and kind. She takes the time to explain everything in a down-to-earth manner, while quickly bonding with our new tiny puppy. Every time we’ve been in for vaccinations, as soon as the shot is over, our little Bailey turns around and goes crazy licking Dr. Stewart, as if to say “I forgive you... I know that you’re just doing what is best for me!” I’ve never seen anything like it, and I put it down to Dr. Stewart’s amazing bedside manner!

My complaint complaint about Dr Leslie Stewart centers on how I was treated more than how the pet was treated, though there are questions about the treatment of the pet. I brought in my cat Ariel Monday to have his nails trimmed. He was feeling fine and had been fine for a long time. The next day after bringing him home he began to act sick, refused to eat, stayed in his box etc. So on Friday May 15 I brought him in to the vet where I have been a client for 10 years. I do not know whether the services they charged me $282 for worked as he is still sick. However, I was very rudely treated by the staff. I am 77, have heart condition and other health debilities. They made me wait in the 90 degree sun for 45 minutes, then they wouldn’t take my credit card, said I needed to phone it in. So I did but the girl who answered kept hanging up because she said she had other things to do. Finally they took the card number and I was able to get my cat. Then Dr. Leslie Stewart called me and said I was unwelcome to bring my cat back because I had called their girl an idiot. She did not ask me if I had done so nor did Stewart have any witnesses to verify the charge. I do not remember calling the girl and idiot, but do remember the girl was rude hanging up on me and making me wait standing for 45 minutes in the sun in their parking lot. I do remember thinking she behaved like an idiot. Currently I have a sick cat and no vet, Stewart was very rude, nasty, and unprofessional in her treatment of me. She did not want to listen to my side of the story. Her behavior is especially bad given the conditions of virus and the vulnerability of elderly patients to the virus. I might add that in past I have noticed a disrespect on the part of Town Center vet toward elderly people. I would only nominate Stewart and her clinic for worst vet in Las Vegas.

Outstanding standard of care! Knowledgeable, 24/7 coverage, no need for an ER visit. Compassionate and provides excellent care at the most reasonable fee's in town. I have referred many pet parents to this vet. He and his clinic were Best in Summerlin 2013 with good reason.

My poor old girl had been mis-diagnosed with vestibular disease by another vet, and had started horrible seizures. I was getting the distinct impression, that they were feeling like at 12 years old, that she'd outlived her time here on earth. Not good enough for me! I was referred to Dr Brooks by a friend. Dr Brooks correctly diagnosed deep ear infection AND found out that she was suffering from Hypocalcemia and got her a beef flavored elixer and antibotics that literally saved her life. My Desi has stopped the manic walking and spinning circles, returned from the brink of death with her calcium potion. Dr Brooks clearly cares. He must have called me on my cell phone 10 times during this fateful time, when Desi was being diagnosed, just to check up on her. She is my old girl, but I love her like a child. I think Dr. Brooks knows this, and he took her in his care, and finally we have her problems under control. My dear old girl is nearly blind and deaf, but she eats like a football star and knows exactly where I am whenever I come home and her little tail is wagging just as hard as it always has! She was born in our house, and she is dear to my heart. With Dr Brooks, and her amazing constitution, I hope she'll be with me for a long time to come!

Town Center Animal Hospital is the best vet in LasVegas because they have a 24 hour vet on call if you ever need them.Which I have had to use once before.I take all 3 of my dogs to this vet and the staff is very friendly.They remember me and my dogs when we come in.Dr Brooks has had to perform several surgeries on my pets and all have gone great.

Dr. Ted listens to what I have to say, and acts on my concerns for my dogs. He doesn't jump to conclusions, but performs a thorough exam and simple tests. He comes back to me with recommendations for treatment and further testing with clear explanations and a written estimate of the cost. He handles my dogs in a kindly manner and they love him for it. Dr. Ted's advice and treatment have been life saving for Abby, and very beneficial for Lily. I appreciate the way he calls to check on the dogs' progress after treatment. I know that Dr. Ted really cares. Everything about Dr. Ted and the other vets at Town Center Animal Hospital instill confidence and respect. I wouldn't consider taking my precious girls anywhere else!
