Dr. Masters has saved two of my cats lives and they are healthy now. If I had gone anywhere else both,(which one was only 2yr old)would be alive still. She will go the extra mile for you. And Spencer springs animal hospital is great, but Dr.masters is the best vet there in my opinion. However all the staff mostly women are a wonderful group. I'd rather pay a lil more for the best than go cheap and lose my buddy. On a ten scale they are a 10.5, because of all around service , extremely nice and personable,they make u feel like the pet is as important to them as it is to you.Dr Hicks greatest?/ best vet Vegas ever had in his 50+ yr career, he opened Spencer springs and am sure he is proud to have that legacy of great vets and staff, he probably is looking down with a smile.

Dr. Graf is compassionate and from the beginning of our partnership, has made our life as pet parents infinitely easier. We tend to stress and worry a lot, and Dr. Graf is the best vet to put our mind at ease. She's downtoearth and realistic. I appreciate her bedside manner. It was immediately apparent to me that Dr. Graf harbors a deep love and understanding for pets. Her attitude speaks volumes. I cannot thank her enough for always keeping me clued in, but not keyed up!

Dr. Costa works so hard everyday to help us and our fur babies. She comes in before and and stays after office hours to accommodate patients schedules. My cat was sick for the past year with pancreatitis and IBD and her expertise finally has him regulated with a combination of meds and fluids. He has been doing so much better. She makes sure you and your pet are as comfortable as possible while you are visiting and she follows up with phone calls and re-checks. She truly cares and loves helping animals. Dr Costa is the new owner of the clinic and it has been running much smoother since she took over. Even though she has a family of her own and is one of the busiest people I know, she still takes the time to help us by partaking in interviews, news broadcasts, etc to help the community and it's fur babies. She is a strong, inspiring Woman and Veterinarian.

My two dobermans had hurt their rear left legs.They could not walk. I took them ti dr schrader and she did surgery on their legs and put implants in their hind legs.. They were down and kenneled for 4 months. They are now back to normal and running and jumping. You would not even know they had surgery. This
