Dr. Cortez has taken care of all of our family dogs for many years. She has a great bedside manner, is very honest, and only wants what is best for your fur baby. She doesn't push you into any sort of treatment and will do her best to provide the best price possible. I would not trust anyone else with any of our fur babies. If you are looking for the best possible care, then Rainbow Animal Hospital is the place for you.

She is Excellent at building trust in my dog who had lost trust in treatment from other vets. She has the utmost patience without compromising care. Always kind and pleasant. Meticulous, consistent and persistent in her medical care. Willing to teach and explain her diagnosis, treatment and explain her rational. She loves the animals she treats and the work she does to make them better and it shows.

Nothing is above and beyond at Rainbow Animal Hospital. Need Emotional Support Paperwork? No problem. Need an International Health Certificate? No problem. Need to see the vet straight away because my fur baby’s had an accident involving her paw? No problem. Absolutely love this veterinary clinic. The entire team from the front desk to the technicians to the vets: all are so kind and professional.

Dr. Vensand and Staff are absolutely incredible. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care they have given to Hazel and all their clients. They treat us like family. I am so grateful to have them to care for Hazel. I know she is in the best hands possible. They love Hazel as much as I love her. They are ALL amazing at Rainbow Animal Hospital....

A calico that hates taking pills, has some serious health issues and develops seasonal allergies. That's our Jerry. Dr. Robinson helped us take care of the post adoption medical problems but Dr. Vensand had to figure out how to manage Jerry's long-term health. He patiently worked with us until we found a combination of new cat sand, new food and med's that have let Jerry have a great quality of life. Mick is very appreciative. His world falls apart when sHe's away and when she comes back he is filled with joy. Which Jerry repays by thumping him on the head because he didn't go to the vet with her. We all appreciate how hard Dr. Vensand, and all the staff at Rainbow Animal Hospital, worked to find a whole-kitty solution for Jerry. Thank you.

I came to Dr. Patton over 10 years ago in need of a greyhound knowledgeable vet. He has treated all 13 of my greyhounds and 3 of my cats throughout the years with such knowledge and expertise. My greyhounds have experienced all kinds of ailments. He explains the ailments in layman's terms to make sure you understand the treatment needed. He works with all the local greyhound adoption groups including my own group out of San Diego. His staff and support staff are extremely kind, helpful and professional. I love them all and they have all earned my trust and loyalty I would never go anywhere else to have my greyhounds treated. He and his clinic are truly amazing with our greyhounds.

Dr. Patton has been a vet for over 35 years and the list of his accomplishments goes on and on. Most recently, he was on an outing in rural Nevada and came upon a dog that had been shot and left to die. He took him to his clinic, rebuilt his jaw, and restored other area of his body, nursed him back to health, and found him a loving home, all on his dime. He has provided the fire depts rescue vehicles in LV with oxygen masks specifically for animals in smoke inhalation situations in conjunction with the Invisible Fence Co. He also treated my Welsh Terrier, Nora, during her years of illiness, and supported me 24/7 in her dying days. I could not have a better Dr. or friend. My airedales, Morgan and Josie are also his patients and friends. There are many other examples of his service which he performs endlessly for rescue groups, all under the radar. He is an extraordinary man and deserves recognition.
