DR. Cooper, is very caring .Always available when needed. DR. Cooper treats all pets as if they belong to him. Buddy had a teeth clean and complication went into renal failure. Buddy almost died, he was at the vets for 5 days , the doctor would come in on his days off and come back at night to care for my baby.I know if not for Dr. cooper dedication my cat would not have made it. Every that takes there pets to banfield feel that way about Dr. Cooper. You can contact Dr. cooper at any time if you have a problem.

My vet is wonderful and the staff also.They will help you in any way they can.Going there you know they truly love animals and its not all about money.They go above and beyond to help everyone.They have helped me with homeless animals when nobody else would.I feel really good having Dr.Ogles as my vet because I know all of my animals are getting the very best care and at the best price.And they always do what is best for you whether they make money or not.I love everyone there they are truly wonderful.

Dr. Hurry is very thorough with the examination. Explains any procedure, in terms I can understand. He makes me feel very comfortable and understands my anxiety. He is very caring. Dexter loves him.

Dr Heller is very patient with animals he trats them as if they were his own fur babys . He works with you regarding billing issues. My Lady was sick with Pancreatities , gold stones, ear infections and he always treated her until the end She passed away on 12/14/15 and he even called us to see how we where and his office sent us a sympathy card. He is a vet that really cares.

I am a Marine wife and through my Husband's last combat deployment Dr. Boutet was not only a shoulder to cry on for myself but a knowledgeable source of information who used great discernment diagnosing Bella's torn cruciate ligament last year. She is kind, wise and is always eager to help Bella to be as healthy as she can be. I love many things about Dr. Boutet aside from her amazing love for animals but also that she is in tune with our family. She is not like other Vet's we have had in other states. She sits on the ground with all of us. She is trustworthy, and honest. She not only cares for the practice she is at but even when we are referred to a specialist ex. she follows up with us to be sure all things went smoothly, and that we were pleased and comfortable with the service at the practice she refers us to. I could not count how many times I have asked her "What would you do if Bella was your own?" and be given such straight forward answers. We will as well as Bella miss her tremendously when we get re-stationed. Thank you Dr. Boutet for being you!

A cat I inherited was practically on his death bed with hepatic lipidosis when I brought him into VRCC (maybe a few days to live). The amazing team here along with Dr. Dye set my expectations that it would be a long journey and 6 months later I'm looking at an entirely healthy cat. Now this isn't to say I didn't have to work because it was 6 weeks of me feeding him through a feeding tube but Dr. Dye has always been there to answer questions and update us on anything related to Jack. If I ever had questions on medication or when to cut back on certain things, the team at VRCC was ALWAYS there. I can't say enough about how amazing, professional and downright skilled they are in the care of animals so I feel they deserve all the recognition they can get. I have continued to bring Jack to VRCC for checkups and he's been great but I also know that if one of my other animals had an emergency, this would be the place I'd bring them.

Dr. Baer has been our vet for 12 years. Yes he meets all the pre-requisites of being knowledgeable, dependable, etc but more than that, Dr. Baer is truly one of the most caring doctrs I have ever met. He has been there for us with our first bully Monty and now is our bully Tarzan's best friend Vet. Recently, my wife and I decided to foster bulldogs and our Rescue's vets are over an hour away. Although Dr. Baer does not have a program dedicated to assist rescued or fostered dogs, without hesitation, he has graciously aided us when issues arise and he has done this with his heart. There is nothing better than for us to return the favor. He truly is the best Vet!

When my puppy was 17 weeks old,he injured his right hind leg early on a Saturday morning. I called the Animal Medical Center before the office was opened and left an urgent voicemail. 9am that day, the receptionist called, told me they would squeeze me in at 11am and to come to their city location on Macklind Ave. Luckily, my vet,Dr.Lee was there and called back immediately saying to come as soon as I could get there. How comforting this was to know that she was there that day, and she made the effort to squeeze us in. Dr,Lee rotates offices and knew this puppy was an extremely active one and I cared for my dogs like they were my children. 30 minutes later, I was at the office,Xrays were taken and nothing was broken. She carefully watched Thor thru this accident for almost a month before he showed any progress. She is compassionate,knowledgeable, will confer with her other peers when needed, and above all is honest and loves her job!
