Salazar Veterinarian Clinic in Taos NM has three outstanding and dedicated vets on staff who are on call 24-7. Each one knows ours pets by name and are incredibly dedicated. Recently our dog Montana was very ill and the efforts made to save him exceeded what we have ever experienced. We commend the doctors for providing exceptional care and attention to his needs. Their compassion for Montana was sincere and when it was time to put him down they handle it with dignity. They understand the human connection to our companion friends. Weeks later we received a letter from Kansas State University informing us that Drs. Ann Side, Susan Felser and Patricia Alban had sent a generous donation to the College of Veterinarian Medicine in Montana's name and that his name along with ours was entered into the Pet Memorial Book at the school library. They understood that this gesture would provide the healing medicine we needed. It gave meaning to our companion friends's passing and we will be forever grateful to them.
