I'm baffled at the good reviews on Google & FB. They are either deleting the bad ones, or...paying for 5-stars. I took my fid here last week, waited for nearly 90 minutes, & was told if he needed more pain meds after 7 days, to call back, no problem, she'd give him more NSAIDS. *WELL I'VE CALLED 9X IN THE PAST 4 DAYS*, e-mailed, faxed, & even had the 1-800 pet pharm send a request over for his med - so all she had to do was click "yes." Yet nothing, NOT EVEN 1 CALL BACK!! I spoke to Melissa 3x, & Danielle 2x, who both assured me each time that the "Dr was just behind on her messages." By 4+ days?? OK. This clinic is of no use if you can't contact them when needed. He is in significant pain, & has been without his pain meds for nearly 2 weeks now. I'm utterly flabbergasted that the reviews here state otherwise. This proved to me that Dr. Cooper does NOT care about animals at all. If you don't like me, FINE...but don't leave my baby in pain for several weeks on end because of your ego. If she doesn't care about animal suffering or their wellbeing, this may not be the best vet for you & your pet either. :-(
