Dr. Ortiz is absolutely the best vet. She provides empathetic and compassionate care to my boys and I wouldn’t make any choice for my pets without consulting her. She has a calm and kind presence that makes me feel at ease from routine wellness visits to acute care. The first time I brought my dog to her, he was scared and hiding behind me. Dr. Ortiz sat on the ground and just chatted with me about his history. She made us both feel safe. She did not rush him to be ready and let him come to her. That is just one example of the ways Dr. Ortiz provides incredible care to animals and their humans. She provides excellent medical care with heart. She comes in on her days off to check in on my pups. She follows up once they’ve gone home to see how they are doing. Dr. Ortiz is also surrounded by an amazing care teach from the front staff to the vet techs. Everyone is compassionate, understanding, and thoughtful. They are supportive in situations where pet parents might not act their best. This entire clinic provides the best care. I won’t go anywhere else and I recommend them over and over again. Every single person at this clinic makes it the best pet care in the city.

They "saved" Fred when he had his rear feet paralyzed and directed us to a Dog Neurosurgeon and are taking excellent care of Fred now with his CCD...they REALLY CARE.
