They’ve seen Luke a few times in 3 weeks:.. but ,when I realized he was coming down w/kennel cough. -they told me to bring him RIGHT OVER. They had a room ready for him as soon as I got there & they ALWAYS treat him well. Thank you for taking such great care of him . They are fantastic

For the past 11 years, Dr. Masso had been taking care of our female Lab, Rosie. She has displayed excellent technical, diagnostic and treatment skills. On Christmas day last year, Rosie was urinating blood. She was treated for a UTI but her troubles continued. After several tests, she was diagnosed with a large cancerous tumor above her heart. We were devastated and completely heartbroken. Rosie was our first dog and we knew nothing about end-of-life care. Dr. Masso was with us every step of the way and guided our very difficult decisions.
Continuing her care for Rosie, she and the other members of her staff treated Rosie lovingly as her condition deteriorated. She was always there for us and took time to inform us of all of our dwindling options. As the end approached, she provided much needed guidance on what to look for, what to expect and when we should make that final soul-crushing decision. After she passed, Dr. Masso cried with us. Soon after, we received a beautiful flora arrangement to honor our little girl. Dr. Masso went so above and beyond what she had to do to comfort us in our dire time of need. Most vets have good technical skills, but there can't be a better vet or person who can exceed the love and personal compassion that she showed to us and to our Rosie. That is why we think that she is the best. How can anyone argue otherwise??
