COMPASSIONATE. Truly the most caring animal hospital Jerry has ever been to. They help you make decisions recommending the most cost efficient, effective options for those on a budget. They even neutered him for free and clipped his nails for free when he was getting a different procedure earlier this year, while another vet charged me $30 just for a nail clip. My dog is not used to being in a crate, so when Eclipse put him in a crate in the hospital and he had a panic attack, the doctors were holding him on their laps while they were working at their desks! The nurses took photos of Jerry on their cell phones and just adored him. This is compassion and true care. Unlike other hospitals where he has a panic attack, he no longer gets nervous when we walk into Eclipse and for me, that is everything. It's kind of in a way, my dog telling me, "I really like this place!" When the nurse was holding Jerry and she was giving him back to me, he even kissed her goodbye!

I cannot express my gratitude or write enough amazing things about Dr. Levitin, a neurologist at Eclipse Vet Care.He has changed the quality of life for not only Pippa, but our family, as we do not have to watch her suffer as badly with Dr. Levitin's help. Dr. Levitin's CV/resume is ridiculously impressive and speaks for itself; it is obvious that he is world-class in his field. Between his education and experience, you know you are in the best hands and can trust him implicitly. Dr. Levitin is also so patient and kind, he spends as much time with us as we need and answers the thousands of questions I bring with me during each visit without an ounce of annoyance in his voice. He makes sure you, as a pet parent, feel in-control and as powerful as possible with all the necessary information you need. Finally, his bedside manner with your pets is truly incredible. Pippa does not love the vet at all and certainly is not the kindest to Dr. Levitin, but even over her growls, he reminds her what a good and special girl she is and that she will feel better in no time. I cannot express what a relief it is to know that Pippa has a doctor as incredible, bright, attentive, accommodating, and responsive as Dr. Levitin. He is the cream of the crop, the best of the best, truly top notch.

Specialty Surgeon-She is very knowledgeable and was not quick to rush into surgery, preferring to go the holistic route first. Spent time explaining everything.
