When we decided to add Coby to our family it was the first dog we had ever owned ( we are a family of 7 with kids in college to middle school). It was a very long process before we finally take the plunge to get Coby. We knew nothing about having a dog, caring for them, training them. In the process of this, we started looking for a vet. After talking to several people and looking on-line and making phone calls, I called Prospect Ridge. Let me just say, Dr. Cappiello and her staff were wonderful. I made my decision to go to her after the phone call. They took almost 20 minutes to talk to me over the phone explaining how using a vet worked and giving me basic pointers for owning a dog, and I wasn't even a client. When we finally had out first couple visits, she and her staff took more time with us and were very patient and caring with us and with Coby. I could have asked for a better experience. Especially since we were candidates for Dogs for Dummies. Since then I have recommend her to my coworker who just brought her first dog (after having a cat) and she just raves about how wonderful she is (she gave up her previous vet). Prospect Ridge is a fabulous place especially for new pet owners.
