After adopting Binky, I took her to a local vet. I was not invited into the room for the exam and given very little info. I switched to Dr. Ellis and had a totally different experience. She is friendly, communicative, very gentle with Binky and told me everything she did in the exam and answered my questions. Binky was much calmer with Dr. Ellis than I'd ever seen her with a vet.
