Doc always has a smile on his face when he comes in the room. He spends as much time needed talking and examining your pet. He is very patient and answers questions in terms that you understand. He sits down and makes your pet as comfortable as possible. He is very gentle and kind to the animals and they have great conversations between them as well. He is very honest and tells you up front what is going on. Reins loves to go visit as she is welcomed by her name when we walk in. The support staff is great as well. Everyone makes it a point to acknowledge you and your pet. They explain if there is an extended wait time for an emergency. Doc stays with the patients after surgery to make sure everything is ok. He always goes the extra mile when its not necessary. He takes care of Reins as if she was his own. You will not find a better or more caring vet than Doc.
