Every vet at Heritage has been professional, kind, and loving to all of my pets, every time we’ve had to come in. And when we haven’t come in, techs have been available by phone or email whenever there’s an issue. Vets and techs are always so thorough when addressing my concerns or answering questions— whether it’s in person or over the phone. I’ve lived in several states and taken my pets to multiple clinics, and Heritage is by far the best I’ve been to. They are easy to work with and so supportive to me as an owner! And on top of providing excellent and prompt medical care, I have always gotten the sense that they truly care about my pets physical and emotional wellbeing. I recommend Heritage to anyone who asks and I am so grateful for such excellent veterinary care so close to my home! Kai, Chase, and Dobby appreciate it too.
