Staff was welcoming when we arrived. All staff that touched Gus was gentle, loving & kind to him. All the incoming information was clear and and kind making decisions easier. Gus had a very involved surgery to clear a complete blockage. They even called us mid-surgery to explain why the surgery became more complicated. They worked with us to make the services more affordable to us. I am grateful that I had pet insurance so Gus could come home to us. Thank you to all the staff at this location!
