Buford started showing signs of diabetes when we were on vacation. As soon as we returned, I made an appointment at the clinic. We were fortunate to get Dr. Katie. She tested Buford and confirmed our worst fears. She treated us and Buford with compassion and explained what the future would look like. We quickly got the diabetes in check with her diligent care. Unfortunately, Buford would go blind a couple months later. Through all this I know Katie is a phone call away and truly cares about Buford. We are blessed to have her and know that Buford's future can be fulfilling with the right care and love.
